1. Who We Are

Filmpass Ltd collect use and are responsible for certain personal information about you. When we do so we are regulated under the Data protection regulations which apply across the European Union (including the UK).

Filmpass Ltd is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy whilst remaining compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR) 2016 and the United Kingdom Data Protection Act (DPA) 2018. We are compliant with BS10012:2017.

When personal data is collected directly from you, Filmpass Ltd is the Data Controller. However, we will not share your personal data with third-party websites or applications without your consent. Where you are a customer or subscribe to products and/or other services, Some of your information will be shared with payment providers when E-Vouchers are purchased but only that which is necessary to complete a safe and secure transaction. We do not store any Credit or Debit card information.

3. The Personal Information We Use

We collect your Name, Email Address, and Postcode. This information could be provided to us when you create an account, purchase an item, or sign up to newsletters and quizzes.

4. Refund, Cancellation and Returns

You will be purchasing an E-code(s) which are automatically taken from stock. These codes cannot be re-used therefore we do not offer a refund, cancellation, or return.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer. Nearly all websites use them as they enhance the user experience and many websites simply could not work without them. They may contain information on your account making it easier to Log-in and they also store usage statistics such as pages visited and the device used to access the website. Some of this information could be used by Google Analytics and Stripe payment gateway.

We would alert you if we thought we suspected we had a data breach along with any applicable regulator.

11. FILMPASS PRIME Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the membership to FilmPass Prime ("Membership"), provided by FilmPass Ltd ("Issuer"), located at iCon Innovation Centre, Eastern Way, Daventry, Northants, NN11 0QB. Company Number: 1204 2704

11.1. FilmPass Prime Membership

Your access to FilmPass Prime remains valid until notified otherwise by your employer or issuer of your customer loyalty program.

Activate your FilmPass account through the affiliate sign-up page to unlock a world of cinema perks.

Enjoy round-the-clock access to FilmPass prime services, including ticket purchases, CineMapper, Onscreen FilmPass magazine downloads, movie trailers, and FilmPass Poster Library.

Extend FilmPass benefits to yourself, family, and friends for shared movie experiences.

Close your FilmPass membership anytime by reaching out to members@filmpass.co.uk.

Standard discounts offer savings of up to 40% off RRP cinema peak prices.

Third-party employer applications may necessitate approval and are subject to potential cancellation upon employer request.

11.2. Buying Cinema eTickets via FilmPass

Purchases are facilitated by FilmPass Ltd, a registered UK company (number: 1204 2704).

Digital products are non-refundable upon purchase.

No refunds or replacements are offered for cancelled screenings.

These terms and conditions are governed by English and Welsh laws.

11.3. Cinema Discounts

Prices quoted include VAT for transparent pricing.

Discounts are calculated based on Cinema Peak RRP Ticket Prices.

Verify prices with your chosen cinema prior to purchase through FilmPass Prime.

11.4. Notices

All notices must be directed to The Finance Director at info@filmpass.co.uk for prompt attention.

11.5. Waiver

Failure to enforce any terms does not waive our right to enforce them in the future.

11.6. Entire Agreement

These terms supersede prior discussions and constitute the complete agreement between parties.

11.7. Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are interpreted under English law and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of English Courts.

12. FilmPass Prime+ Membership Terms & Conditions

12.1. Introduction

These written terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Conditions") along with the Privacy Policy govern the FilmPass Prime+ membership scheme provided by FilmPass Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the "Issuer"), with registered office at iCon Innovation Centre, Eastern Way, Daventry, Northants, NN11 0QB. Company Number 1204 2704.

By registering for the membership, you agree to be bound by these Conditions. Please review them carefully before you upgrade to Prime+ as they constitute a legally binding agreement and do not affect your statutory rights.

FilmPass reserves the right to modify these Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is advisable to retain a copy of these Conditions for future reference.

12.2. Activation and Agreement

Upon activation of the FilmPass Prime+ membership, members agree to abide by these Conditions. No other terms proposed by the member shall apply. Activation of the membership signifies acceptance of these Conditions.

Membership includes access to the Service, which offers a choice of 1 or 2 cinema tickets every month for 12 months, valid for any 2D movie, any day, any time. Participating cinemas include Arc, Cineworld, Odeon, Picturehouse, REEL, Savoy, Scott, Showcase, the Light and Vue Cinemas. The cost per PRIME+ membership upgrade is determined based on the term you choose or is issued from corporate promotions and services.

Monthly E-Ticket Claim Requirement: You must claim your allocated e-tickets each month, as unclaimed e-tickets do not roll over to the following month. However, once you have claimed your cinema e-tickets, you can save them and use them together at a later date. For example, if you claim and don't use your Cinema e-tickets in months 1, 2, and 3, you will have three e-tickets available to use in month 3.

E-Ticket Validity Period: Once a Cinema e-ticket has been claimed, it will remain valid for a minimum period of six (6) months from the date of claim for you to use and book a movie with.

Usage Restrictions: The e-tickets are valid exclusively for standard seats at 2D film showings at any of the participating cinemas.

12.3. Cancellation Rights

Members have the right to cancel the Agreement within 15 days from the date of activation, subject to applicable terms and conditions. Any cancellation after this period may result in additional costs exceeding the one time membership fee paid for the period of use.

12.4. Membership Details

FilmPass Prime+ operates six types of memberships:

One Cinema eTicket per month for 3, 6 or 12 Months

Two Cinema eTickets per month for 3, 6 or 12 Months

Memberships are renewable and require re-entering a new activation code to continue the Prime+ membership. Activation codes submitted will add on to the current membership, extending it for an additional 3, 6 or 12 months.

12.5. Benefits of FilmPass Prime+

FilmPass Prime+ offers a membership scheme providing a quantity of free cinema tickets every month for 3, 6 or 12 months. Memberships are valid for the chosen term from the date of activation.

Claim and Save: After claiming a cinema ticket, you will have a min of 6 months to book a movie at your chosen cinema venue. You may accumulate your cinema tickets to use in a single visit, should you choose to bring family or friends along.

12.6. Additional Features

In addition to discounted cinema tickets, FilmPass Prime+ members have access to:

Up to 40% off Cinema Tickets at 400+ Cinemas for additional and extra cinema tickets on top of your monthly allocation.

Downloadable Onscreen Magazine;

Exclusive Movie Trailers (OUT NOW & COMING SOON);

CineMapper;

FilmPass Poster Library.

12.7. Corporate Benefits

FilmPass Prime+ memberships can be offered as corporate benefits to employees or customers, enhancing employee satisfaction and well-being.

12.8. Privacy and Data Protection

Members’ personal data will be used, stored, and protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found here. Please review the Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we handle your personal information.

12.11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. By accessing or using the FilmPass Prime+ Membership, members acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

13. FilmPass Standard Membership Terms & Conditions

13.1. FilmPass Membership

Access to FilmPass ("the Service") is granted to individuals ("Members") free of charge and is available at all times.

Members are entitled to round-the-clock access to the Service, including features such as CineMapper, Onscreen FilmPass magazine downloads, movie trailers, and the FilmPass Poster Library.

Approval from FilmPass management is required for access to FilmPass Prime.

Members may opt-in to receive tailored movie news and promotions to stay updated with the latest cinematic releases.

Members have the discretion to extend FilmPass benefits to themselves, their family, and friends for shared movie experiences.

Members reserve the right to close their FilmPass membership at any time by contacting members@filmpass.co.uk.

13.2. Notices

All notices, correspondence, or inquiries regarding the Service must be directed to The Finance Director at info@filmpass.co.uk for prompt attention.

13.3. Waiver

Failure to enforce any terms or provisions of these Terms & Conditions does not waive FilmPass's right to enforce them in the future.

13.4. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions supersede all prior discussions, negotiations, agreements, and understandings between the parties and constitute the entire agreement between the Member and FilmPass.

13.5. Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with English law and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
